If you are interested in having Designed By M.E. Stationery create a stationery suite just for you, please complete a consultation request form. We will be in touch to consult with you about your stationery needs.
Pricing Proposal
After our consultation, we will price the paper and materials needed for your custom stationery and we will email you a detailed pricing proposal.
Contract and Payment
If after reviewing the proposal you would like to move forward, we require a signed contract and receipt of a nonrefundable initial payment of $150. Once the initial payment and signed contract are received, we will reserve space for you in our production schedule and the initial payment will be deducted from your total balance due. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal, check or money order.
Design
After all of the formalities have been taken care of, the fun part can begin! We will confirm a date for design work to begin on the contract. We will begin designing about six months prior to your event date for invitations and two months prior to your event date for programs and other reception stationery, unless otherwise arranged. Before any design work will begin, a 50% nonrefundable payment of your total balance must be received.
During the design process we will go into great detail about colors, fonts, graphics, paper, wording and design. You will receive PDF drafts by email to approve or revise.
Final Approval
Once you are satisfied with the PDF drafts, we will email you a final PDF draft along with a final approval checklist for you to complete, sign and return. We will also collect the remaining balance due at this time.
Production and Shipping
Printing and production will begin and shipping dates will be confirmed after the final approval letter and final payment are received. Shipping will be 2 - 10 weeks from the receipt of final approval depending on quantity, product and our volume.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Mount Laurel, NJ via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Pricing will depend upon weight and zip code.
