The client is responsible for proofreading all stationery after drafts are sent and before final approval is given. Printing and production will not begin until final approval is received. After final approval is given, if there is an error that is an oversight of Designed By M.E. Stationery, we will replace the item immediately, free of charge. If there is an error due to an oversight of the client, including typos and grammatical errors, the client will be responsible for any fees for time and materials for changes.
•If you request an order cancellation BEFORE your draft is sent, your order will be fully refunded.
•If you request an order cancellation AFTER your draft is sent, there is a $10 cancellation fee to cover the work we've done.
•If you don’t respond with approval to your draft, we will follow up with you via email. If we still don’t hear back with approval a week later or by the date we need your approval to meet your deadline (whichever is sooner), your order will be cancelled. There is a $10 fee for the work we've done.
•Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted once your drafts are approved.
