FAQ

THE DESIGN PROCESS

  • All of our stationery includes personalized PDF proofs sent via email for your review. Two proofs are included. Nothing is printed until we have your final approval.
  • Proof is emailed 2 business days after payment and information are received.
  • Revisions are emailed the next business day after the changes are received.
  • Two rounds of proofs are included.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • For most products please allow at least 2 1/2 weeks from the day your order is placed to the day you receive your stationery.
  • Most orders are shipped 8 business days after final approval is received.
  • We ship from Mt. Laurel, NJ to all USA States via USPS Priority Mail. After your order has shipped, it should take 2-3 days arrive, excluding Sundays and US Postal Holidays.
  • Shipping is a flat rate of $7.25 and tracking is included.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted. That being said, we want you to love your stationery! If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or product you received, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right for you.
  • Please note, that the client is responsible for proofreading all stationery after drafts are sent and before final approval is given. 
  • Printing and production will not begin until final approval is received.
  • After we receive final approval, if there is an error that is an oversight of Designed By M.E. Stationery, we will replace the item immediately, free of charge.
  • If there is an error due to an oversight of the client, including typos and grammatical errors, the client will be responsible for any additional fees for time and materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you request an order cancellation BEFORE your draft is sent, your order will be fully refunded.
  • If you request an order cancellation AFTER your draft is sent, there is a $10 cancellation fee to cover the work we’ve done.
  • If you don’t respond with approval to your draft, we will follow up with you via email. If we still don’t hear back with approval a week later or by the date your approval is needed to meet your deadline (whichever is sooner), your order will be canceled. There is a $10 fee for the work we’ve done.
  • Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted once your drafts are approved as we move quickly into production.
